“Who’s in Your Zoo?”

This post continues on from my previous post “Riches in Niches”
So, I’ll assume you already have an overall niche, and that you’ve found a
popular and profitable niche you want to be part of. Now we need to answer
three questions.

First, find out what the people inside your niche want, second, what they buy
and third what types of things their searching for. To help you along, here’s how to do it.

To find out what they’re buying start by searching marketplaces such as
JVZoo.com, ClickBank.com and Amazon.com for your keywords. eg “weight loss”.
Take note of the bestsellers in your niche, and those products where there
are multiple information products on the same topic.

Next, use keyword tools to find out what topics your market is searching for
in the search engines. You can use a tool like MarketSamurai.com or
KeywordTracker.com.

Also use Google Trends to see what’s popular. Find out what topics show
consistent interest over time or are actually growing in popularity.

Remember, check out what your competitors are writing about. Check their
blogs, newsletters and social media pages. If multiple competitors are
writing about a specific topic, that’s a sign that it’s in demand.

Lastly, look for topics with a lot of interest on social media. This includes
plenty of comments, likes and shares.

and most importantly….
Believe in yourself, always
